Task 2:Skills audit and swot

Skills Audit

Photoshop skills-I have used photoshop for 1 year now and this is probably the area of media i feel most comfortable with.

Illustrator skills-illustrator is a software that i have used a decent amount but i think i would like the improve on this area a bit.

After effects-I enjoy after effects a lot because it gives me allot of freedom with video clips.i find this piece of software the best for adding effects to videos

Premiere pro-I like the piece clips together with premiere pro because of how easy it is to cut clips and put them together.

Independent learning-i think i work best on my own because of my social skills.

Group work-I am only good at working in a group when i am working wit my friends i think this makes a big difference for me because of i feel more confident. 

Social Skills-This is a area i would like to improve in but i do feel i have improved in this area a lot in the past few years.

Creative thinking-I think i am good with coming up with ideas but i do need a lot of time to improve and execute these ideas.

Photography-I like photography because i like to capture memories with a photo.

Camera Work-This is one area i need to improve i dont often work with the cameras for filming but i am hoping to improve this skill.

SWOT

Strengths-My strengths are Photoshop skills,Creative thinking, Illustrator.My ambitions and aims are to get a good career.

Weaknesses-Social Skills is my main weakness but they have improved drastically in the past year.

Opportunities-i would like the go to University and get my qualifications and experience this will also give me the resources I need to get a the job that i want to do in the future.

Threats-I will need the right grades to get in to uni and to get the qualifications for a job.I think that i will be able to do this as long as i work hard and try my best.

I would like to develop my photoshop skills, camera work and premiere pro skills mainly.I would also like to improve my social skills.This would help me a lot in the media industry and in my personal life.The reason i would like to develop these skills is because it will help me in both my professional and personal life.
